absolutely terrible service. the hidden fees are not explained. they have a small sign that reads " we have the right to add gratuity to any bill" ; but you'd only see the sign if you are already fed up with the horrible service and are standing by the cashier to complain about the automatic gratuity added to your bill. Even then, they did not take our complaint with a smile, or tried to explain it to us, they just pointed at the sign.



Our waitress, who also claimed to be the manager and said she was filling in for an employee , was clearly drunk. she would come to our table, put her arms around our necks !! , and with her alcohol breath, would explain the menu items to us or apologize for the delay in service. In the first round, it took her 20 minutes to realize she doesnt remember what flavor we ordered for hookah, and had to come and ask us again.



i would strongly suggest against this hookah bar. there are many good hookah lounges in fed hill, fells and mt vernon that are worth a try. but zeeba is not one of them.
