The design methodology of The Adams Design Group is total project management (TPM). Design is collaborative and interactive. At the ADG, we believe design is not isolated to the architect, therefore it is important to have all of the stake-holders of a project at the table at the outset of the project. The designers, owner, contractors (if applicable), and end users share in the decision making. The multi-dollar savings come as a result of proper planning and initial design preparation, not from value engineering at the back end of a project. Along with the client, we engage engineers and design professionals in a collaborative manner to under-stand the challenges, derive and implement solutions, and set goals for the project.
