By far the worst Customer Service experience that I have ever experienced. I called and asked for the name of the owner and was told that I could not have that information. This is after I paid my money as well as buying copies of the owners book that he wrote. I felt as if once they received their monies nothing else mattered. I will nerver refer anyone to this establishment.
