Dr. Katlic is the Chief of the Department of Surgery at Sinai Hospital. He is a board-certified surgeon who specializes in thoracic and general surgery and has special interests in thoracic oncology, minimally invasive thoracic surgery, and geriatric surgery. He earned his medical degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed his residency and fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital. He is a member of the American Cancer Society, Society of Thoracic Surgeons, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the American Geriatrics Society, the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education, and the American College of Surgeons Oncology Group.
