        Terrible Customer Service

        I had to write a review of this branch. I banked with this branch when it was Provident for a very long time. I live out of state now and wanted to change my name on my account due to marriage, which I was told is at the discretion of the branch. This branch would not let me do a name change, without coming into the branch. I was willing to have documents notarized or do whatever it took to have my name changed. They still refused. I live in WA. I must fly to MD to do a name change - that is crazy. I only keep this account open because I have a rental property and my tenant deposits his rent in that account. Please do NOT bank with M&T, especially this branch.
