ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!1



I went inside to find some type of brochure on Australia for a trip I was putting together for my mother and was welcomed with sheer disrespect and unnecessary animosity. I am not sure what was currently bothering the gentleman who greeted me but after countless insults and complete incompetence and a serious disregard for customer service I was given an outdated brochure ( a year old) and told to have a nice day. I am still in shock as I was looking to spend about 3000+ per person for a trip for 4 and because it was not the "trip he would have wanted" it was called stupid and a waste of time. Well this hole of a business is a WASTE OF TIME. and I will kindly tell EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT. one more word to the business owners please do not judge a book by it's cover, not everyone with money dresses flashy. Just know also that I will be going to Australia in 2016 on my own terms and I will have a PHENOMENAL time.
