Diamond Cab of Baltimore

I was sitting a stop sign, just this morning. I had my three grandchildren and my daughter in the car and here comes a Diamond Cab flying up the going about 50 mph in a 15 mph zone. He ran the stop sign and almost hit me in my right side. Then when we go to the red light he was throwing his hands up in the air like it was me. First of all he was over the speed limit and 2nd he ran the stop sign and with the speed he was going, he would have really hurt my daughter and youngest grandson.
He was driving car number 113.
I called them and she got nasty with me and said she could not understand me, then she put in the Supervisors voice mail.
I WOULD NEVER USE THIS CAB COMPANY IF THEY DRIVE LIKE THIS!!!!!!

My 4 year old grandson and I were just rudely asked to get out of cab 50 in Baltimore Md. After running the curb he threatenrd me and said hes gonna make sure I dont get another Diamond cab. No thank you, I'll call Uber. Not my fault he doesn't know his left from his right. He was mad because I wasnt letting him take me the scenic route for a 10 minute ride. This is not my 4 star rating for some reason I couln"t give it a 1 star. Just disgusting!!!!

I usually only resort to cabs when it's too late for me to feel safe riding the bus, or when I'm traveling later than usual with my 14 year-old daughter. That said, I will ONLY ride with Diamond when they're the first cab available at an established taxi stop. Sometimes, even then I will wait for someone else to fall victim to riding with them before stepping up to indicate that I need to hire a taxi, also. Calling to book a ride is pointless because rather than timing arrivals based on their prior location or drop-off, they will obviously wait until they see a potential large fare pop up on the screen. By that time they know that they have you at their mercy, and you would be better off waiting for them rather than calling Company B.

very poor .the driver lied about coming to my location then dispatcher was very rude I have been rideing with diamond cab over three year so to be treated like this is unacceptable

The meters are frequently running up way more than they should. Definitely not calibrated.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE DIAMOND CAB.
