        I was very disappointed in this establishment, so much so that I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Division. Highly dishonest, upped the price of my service in order not to honor a $20.00 discount. Hairs style is not what I requested and braids are starting to fall out.

        I was very disappointed in the service I received at this business. I found them to be very dishonest and unethical in their services. I had a $20.00 coupon, they upped the price of the service so I would still pay the same amount.. In addition, stylist did not give me style I requested and then tried to make excuses! I will not go their again and will advise my family and friends to do likewise.

        awful experience. I had an appointment at 8:30 a.m. for a "touch up" and I was very clear when I booked the appoint that I was coming for a "braid touch up" they didn't have to braid my entire head! I arrived on time they arrived 1/2 hour late and I was told to be patient it would be about 3 hours! After 2 hrs. I was so disgusted I left!
