I would not recommend Blossoms Bridal to anyone after my experience there. I originally made my appointment to look at wedding dresses, but after finding my dress at a different shop the day before, I called Blossoms to see if I could look at bridesmaids dresses during my appointment instead. Despite the fact that they told me over the phone that it would not be a problem to do this, my consultant was extremely rude towards both me and my party. Although there was only one other bride in the shop and my appointment was 1 hour and 30 minutes long, my "consultant'' Kristin found it necessary to remind me at least every 15 minutes that I would have to hurry because they were about to get very busy. These reminders began almost the minute I walked in the door and continued until the time I left. It was almost comical how often she told me that they were about to have a big rush and I would have to hurry if I wanted to have a fitting room to try on the 5 dresses we had pulled. When I left at the end of my appointment, there was only one other bride in the whole store. There were also 2 consultants who had no customers and were just sitting at the front desk. Not much of a rush by my standards... The sample bridesmaids dresses were also in extremely poor condition with rips and tears. Overall, I'm extremely glad I found my wedding dress elsewhere.

Worst bridal shop experience ever. Consultants immature & rude. Inventory torn & dirty

Every bride in St. Louis must stop by Blossoms! Every bridal shop I was in had the same dresses, same service, same limitations. This is an absolute must on your wedding gown checklist. Highly recommend setting some time aside to experience something new. Make an appointment, just to make sure you get all the time you need. Bring your friends and have fun with it. DO NOT be afraid to try something on. These ladies are amazing! Can customize virtually all of their dresses to you and your individual stlye. So refreshing to know that I could get exactly what I envisioned. You really can get a one of a kind dress at a better price than the big box bridal stores. By far the best I experienced!

I stopped by Blossom's when I was on a search for a bridal dress. I tried on a couple dresses, and they felt so comfortable and looked amazing! The quality of these dresses is so much better than any other bridal shop I've been in. The white dresses for some reason look SO much whiter than the other dresses I saw in previous stores. The only downfall is the lack of dressing room space. It does is pretty crowded quickly, but the dresses and customer service is so great its DEFINITELY worth it. The prices aren't bad for bridal gowns. There were many in the $400-$700 range.
