Timberview Apartments

Where do I begin? I lived at Timberview for roughly a year, and I was the only one that signed the lease there who actually FINISHED the lease, so I feel more than qualified to make these claims.

For the year I stayed there, we only received one repair for the entirety of the time. We had many issues that went completely unresolved, no matter how many times we reported them: the sink leaked directly into the bottom of the reservoir, the AC wasn't even working when we moved in, using the garbage disposal will completely cut off the electricity in the kitchen, our towel and toilet paper racks were falling out of the wall, and the bathroom sink is hanging onto the wall by just a thread, seriously, if you push down on it, it will all come crashing down. Our neighbors were evicted with a major bug infestation and nothing was ever done by the management to fix it spreading to our apartment.

On top of this, the management coerced us into lying on our application, for their sake of getting more residents. There was NO maintenance staff there at all for 4 months of our stay, and I actually filled in the position with a friend of mine, who quit after being ignored by the management for months on end. They even cited that they "needed his cell phone number" after texting him the week before.

All of these issues were never addressed by management, and on top of that, many of the residents who have lived there in more than one building will tell you that they will almost ALWAYS fully withhold your deposit. I've never had another property withhold the ENTIRE deposit, and always hold my due diligence as a renter.

I would personally suggest any other rental property in the area. If you rent from Timberview, your requests for maintenance will go completely ignored, and in the end, you will be blamed and ultimately held responsible for the incompetence of management and their inability to actually maintain the property.
