Tymeless Tattoo

Bad customer service - made two appts to have my daughters ear pierced. Neither time we were called to tell us they couldn't keep the appt. Very poor service and rude. Wouldn't give them a dime after the way we were treated.

I'm going to stick with the facts here and let the readers decide. I went in made 2 appts for a friend and I to have some tattoos done. The young man at the front desk quoted me 80 each for the tattoos we wanted. I left $60 deposit. My friend got a infinity with a feather thru it on her foot and was charged 150. I had a cross on neck same infinity and was suppose to have a old small daisy on shoulder refresh with color and was charged 300. James was the artist who did are tattoos and my friend and I both loved are infinity tattoos on are feet but the cross was done sloppy and the ink job was done poorly and the artist was not very open to what I wanted the cross to b and was unsociable with really taking to me about what I really wanted. My old daisy that was suppose to b just reinked the artist covered it up with his own idea of a sunflower and colors and left parts of my old daisy leaves uncovered and just there off to the side of his new design. He never asked me if he could re do it he never asked me about colors he just did what he wanted!!! I went back 2 days later after calling the owner Kyle twice and leaving message. I went in explained how unhappy I was with the new sunflower that was done and showed them how he left part of the old daisy petals uncovered. I was told I was being picky by one of the artist who's name was Brian. Kyle the owner never once came over to handle the situation as a shop owner. I was told to make another appt with James to have him look at it. I made the appt then decided a week later I would find a new artist to fix the tattoo. When I called to cancel the appt they had no record of me even being down for a appt!! Rude!! I had several other artist look at the flower and all agreed it was bad and the only thing to do was to cover it :(. Hawks oswego ink was the artist I choose after researching several places and I have to say my new design is amazing and I'm sooo happy for James mistake and the bad service I got at tymless because it led me to a great artist who listens and spends time with u!!!!! If I could post b4 and afters I would but can't seem to do that here
