They are licensed to sell, deliver and set up in all three states, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina. Vivian's Homes has its Retailer's license, Set-up license, Insurance license and Residential and General Contractors licenses for the State of Georgia. Both owners are very customer oriented, customer satisfaction is their biggest concern and secondary is that the home is set up properly. Steve is 'hands-on' in the delivery and set up.
