I walked in and left my parts to be done with them and picked them up that afternoon, great friendly service and the secretary was very nice!

I ordered brackets from Chris at Tool Craft. I gave him the dimensions and hole locations in the brackets. 1/4 x 3 1/2 x 24 bent in half to 90 degrees. Two 5/8 holes per side of the 90 degree brackets. He was to round the corners.
When I went to pick them up he told me his man had drilled three holes per side but I could still use them. Two of the holes were in the right locations. The corners were not rounded.
He said one of the brackets was not bent to 90 degrees but I should be able to straighten it.
I would have refused them but I was under a time constraint to build and decided to make them work.
When I got them home I realized the holes were way smaller than 5/8. I took them back to be redrilled and asked to have the corners rounded. Chris agreed to do this and leave them for me to pick up after hours.
When I got them home, none of the brackets were 90 degrees, I spent an hour bending them to 90 degrees. The corners are still not rounded.
Chris was right I can still use them. It's just not what a asked and paid for.
