I've been going to Isaac's for about 10 yrs now, the best Auto Shop in the DFW area... If he tell you the price it's going to fix it, that the price I've always pay... Nothing extra, like ours... Great Owner, hands down

Worst place to get an alignment, I recently went there to get my miata aligned and got smalled talked to ease myself because I already felt unsure if this place was going to give me good service. Left my car and got a call back an hour later. Once I got there Isaac who is the owner said that my tie rods were not good and that I needed a camber kit for my miata, that he couldn't get it straight. He obviously knows nothing about Miatas let alone alignments. He then had the nerve to show me the specs sheet after he did the alignment. Saying that it passed and that everything is good. I got in my car and it did the same thing, swerved right but even worse. Now I called him asking for a refund because I paid $50 to make my cars functionality worse which is not acceptable. He hung up. DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY. a real mechanic will stand by his work and not lie just to make an extra buck. No passion or knowledge with what he does. I went to town north Mazda in Richardson and got the service and answers I needed. It was worth the money and time. My cars aligned perfectly now.

I when to isaacs automechanic shop with the a/c problem and Isaac told me that only i need to change the orfice tube filter and reservice the freon tank you for everything I love your work

I was there because my truck didn't want to start and I called isaacs automechanic shop and he fixed for me and save me money tank you Isaac for fixing my truck you were honest mechanic I recommend to any other person God bless you!

Muchas gracias a Isaac, fue de gran ayuda al ahorrarme dinero. Fui con un mecanico porque mi carro se estaba jalando y me dijeron que necesitaba otra transmision porque ya estaba fallando. Fui con Isaac por una segunda opinion y lo unico que necesitaba era aceite de transmision. Estaba bajo en aceite, muchas gracias por la hoestidad.

@MsFarrah- We fixed your vehicle, your complaints were repaired. You complained of water leak, oil leak and overheating. When you left, there were no more oil leaks, no more water leaks and no more overheating. I believe that is fixing your vehicle, I'm sorry nothing else could be done for you. God bless you.

Issac tried to take money from my insurance company and even gave me 2 receipt to lie to the insurance. He claimed my axel,water pump, and swing bar something was broke. The axel and water pump were never broke. He fixed the wrong side of my front swing bar thing. I tried to take my car out before he worked on it but he claimed it would cost me the same as fixing it than to take it out. I let him fix it and my insurance company even looked at it and said nothing was wrong with the axel or the water pump and thermostat. They even gave me the money they would have given to him knowing it wasn't broke. Don't take your car here !!! Worst mistake ever !!! Also I took the car to the Cadillac dealership and the only thing that was wrong was a fuse!!! This was a 2010 gmc acadia it definitely shouldn't have all these problems. He is also very perverted and would talk about cheating on his wife and tried to fondly me. I'm currently in the process of going to court over this.
