        Unprofessional

        Would not recommend this place to ANYONE. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The wait is ridiculous. Had to wait for 20 mins in the wait room, then was brought into a room where I waited just to get numbing cream applied. Then had to wait for the cream to "kick in". The procedure was painful regardless.

        The second time I came in I got to listen to the women at the front talk about each others' bedroom lives and member sizes they prefer. I was willing to let it slide, but when they started dropping F-bombs then I realized they are uncivilized animals. This is supposed to be a medical facility?! I'm not saying I don't swear, but I don't do it when I am at work with clients around. One of those women happened to be my clinician! I was 25 mins early for my appt! She had time to discuss her coital preference but not take care of a client.

        I cannot wait to get finished. This place is atrocious.
