        Highly Recommend

        John Willingham and his assistant Felice Ramirez are Top in their field. I recently purchased a home through them and They assisted me in finding the perfect home. I decided to use an out of town loan broker and he was not getting the job done in a timely manner and the Seller was pressing me to close or pay per diem fees. John and Felice worked with the loan broker, the Seller's Agent and the Seller to keep the transaction together and I am now in my new home.
