La Mina Mexican Restaurant

First off the waitress was so rude! She never came back to give us more chips or drinks or anything. Then the table and the place was a little dirty. I ordered the shredded beef burrito it was gross and the meat was this red color like it wasn't cooked so i wouldn't eat it. She told me that the meat is supposed to be that red and I told her the meat didn't look cooked and she still charged me full price, I only had 1 bite. Service was very slow and we asked for the bill and she took her time. As we were waiting here comes a cockroach crawling on the wall and down on the bench that my co-workers were sitting at. Gross. I won't ever go back there and no tip for her.
