JTS Truck Repair

Came in to see technicians for any tools needed. Setup an appointment with Derrell to get my truck serviced, greased and filters changed. He was able to get me in right at 3 o clock and when I pulled my truck up to the shop, he had his tech ready to work on it and get it done. Was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Truck is ready for another 3 months of driving. This is the reason I have been getting my truck worked on by this company for the past 5 years!!! Nobody else will ever work on my truck besides JTS.

One of a kind experience. Service Manager knew my exact problem once I explained the symptoms of my new Kenworth. Went to 3 other shops, not one of them understood the issue, or could come up with a solution. The parts department was surpisingly reasonable with parts compared to the old shop I used to go to all the time for the past 15 years. I have a fleet of 27 trucks, and they have earned my business for life. Thank you to Tyler Harden, Chris McCombs and Derrell Victory. Great team of people there. Highly recommended.
