Cruz Auto Doc

Took my car to get new brakes. Took it back 1st time because brakes were squeaking really bad. They changed them. Second time took it back because brakes were grinding every time I braked. They told me nothing was wrong with it would even check them. Told me I had to pay again. Never will I go back again. Can't find a decent mechanic in this town.

Taken our cars here before never a problem. On our last visit that we took our car here we were stunned to find they had totaled it. They had dropped it from the car lift which caused so much damage that the car was not fixable. The managers wife was very rude and tried telling us we were wrong when we brought our own person to look at the car to see if it was fixable and she had the nerve to argue and get loud when our guy said it was totaled. The manager did not want to even give us his insurance when we asked for it and made the whole ordeal quite complicated. I will never go here again seeing as to how careless they were the last time.

I went there to get a tune up and they gave me the cheapest spark plugs which weren't even gapped. They lasted a total of 2 days which caused me to have other car problems that same week. Do not go there..
