Burger King

Burger King is a restaurant chain that serves a variety of food including burgers, tacos, fries, chicken fries, salads, shakes, soft drinks, and desserts. This White Lane Burger King store has a one way drive-thru and public restrooms. There is also a dining room, which I must say is much better than that of Taco Bell within the same area.



The service is extremely poor, and I mean EXTREMELY poor. The staff is unorganized, and they don't seem to deal with the public in a positive manner. More social skills and organization would have helped make my dining experience more pleasurable. But instead of an organized crew of fulfilled “decent” employees, I get a cashier on the front who is talking on a cell phone instead of taking my order.



As far as cleanliness goes, there is none as far as the eye can see. It seems that one must search for a “cleaner table” while chowing down here. Floors and walls aren’t helping either, and the public restrooms are full of grime. And from all this filth, the management seems to care less about customer comfort since not one employed human being checks the dining room until like 6 hours later.



Finally after waiting 7 minutes, I get my Whopper and 2 chocolate chip cookies on a tray. I bite into the Whopper sandwich, and it left me with much to be undesired about. The vegetable toppings were obviously not fresh, and the meat tasted like it was in the cook’s freezer for 2 months. The chocolate chip cookies were very tough, and the chocolate chips themselves tasted awful. I try to guzzle it down with my large Diet Coke, only to realize that it was watered down to the point of where it could be mistakened as garden hose formula.



So, from all the experience that I personally have had from this particular fast-food joint, I can now conclude that this business is a joke to the fast-food industry, and should not be a place to waste your precious dollars on.
