        Internet is miserable. I pay for 50 Mbs and I'm lucky if I get 12-15. Not worth the trouble in my opinion

        Half the time the internet doesn't work & their prices keep going higher. If it wasn't for the bundle program, I would switch networks.

        Their service is "just okay." They keep raising their prices. They recently raised their prices again because of some sort of new sports channel; I don't watch sports and should not have to pay for something I don't want.
