        Overall

        The staff is super friendly and always helpful. I had a chronically sick Mastiff that I took to see them. I was very happy with the service that they provided. They were extremely sympathetic when she passed and helped me with all the arrangements. I could not ask for a more compassionate team of individuals . I would highly recommend using them.

        Overall

        We have had a relationship with the vets at Lone Rock for over 15 years. They have been professional and caring in every way. they have treated our ferret with lymphoma,

        even a chicken with cancer. We take our dogs and cats there, and have had great experiences. They euthanized our beloved Labrador Retriever when it was his time and the vet sat on the floor with me as he passed, pulled the teeth on our ancient dachshund and treated our 22 year old cat with cancer.

        Excellent service and professional care !

        Don't recommend

        I don't recommend this place. I have an immediate problem with any vet's office who immediately disregards my knowledge of my pet. I had a terrible experience here when I had to come in to euthanize my elderly dog. Their first concern was getting as much money from me as possible, not the comfort of my dying pet. NEVER again.
