Needed a good used washing machine. Found one here. The price was fantastic, and the customer service was great. He took the time to make sure I got what I needed, then went above and beyond by coming back because I couldn't figure out how to get it to work. Very patient. I will be buying more appliances from them!

I made a call to my Home Warranty Program - that uses Bacliff - for dryer trouble. We had no problem. They came out the very next day - The technician called said he was in route; I left work to meet him at my home. There were two techs, and they diagnosed and repaired the dryer. Although, one of them did say I was lucky to get an appointment the next day! Well, in that case, I guess I was [ LUCKY ].

We have had the same issues as other reviewers. We have a home warranty policy we have paid on for 5 years. They contracted Bacliff to repair our washing machine. They came out quickly to check the problem and after a short time said we needed a new motor. Bacliff was going to contact our home warranty company to see if they wanted to replace the motor or the entire machine. After messages left by my husband to Bacliff with no return call, we called the Home warranty co. they had NEVER heard from Bacliff in regard to the machine.

Seems the run around began, and by no fault of the warranty co. whatsoever. No return calls, rude people when they do answer, and the complete run around!!!!

I have now been at the Laundramat weekly for almost 2 months because of their promises and then lack of fullfillment.

I suggest finding someone else!!!

And I am reporting them to the BBB-they shouldn't be allowed to treat customers in this manner.

And from what I understand, they are no longer on the Home Warranty list!
