Bucks Hunting

On my last visit to Bucks Hunting I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of inventory this smaller store packs per square inch. They have recently added some new items and moved the store around a bit to open it up and make it more inviting, also it has made it much easier to locate exactly what I'm looking for as they have divided the store into departments. Overall Bucks has to be my favorite mom and pop shop this side of the Mississippi. They have a great selection of new and used firearms at very competitive pricing if not literally stealing from them. They carry the best names on the market such as Colt, Ruger, Spikes Tactical, Smith & Wesson, Beretta, Etc.... Their archery department carries a lot of the top brands you find in the big box stores in which also they are an exclusive dealer for my favorite brands Mathews and Parker, and though small their fishing inventory packs quite a punch mostly focusing on the local area fishing scene. You cannot go here expecting big box store inventory and space for the size but for the room they lack and the inventory they may or may not have is made up by their extremely friendly and helpful staff of actual hunters, fishermen and women, and archers. They have a great amount of knowledge on the items they sell and are always there to give advice to those who need help. If your a new person to Bucks or have never been there before please do not take what the negative comments listed below have said because whatever the reason it is almost certain it was not their doing and just a bad experience from a product they sold. You must always remember you cannot blame the store for the products functionality you must take your complaints and such back to the manufacturer. Overall I give this small business 10 out of 10 for originality, friendliness, helpfulness, and just outstanding overall quality. If your ever in the area stop in and browse their selection as they are always updating and bringing in new items, and they specialize in great customer service and finding the hard to get items that box stores just won't give the time for. I am a Bucks Hunting customer for life and so will my family and friends as long as we live. Grade A++ Thumbs Up

I have to say the previous reviews are outrageous. I just left Bucks and had a wonderful experience. Their sales staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The people who have left the bad reviews need to stick with big chain stores if they want cheaper prices and more stock. Buck's is a quaint mom and pop fishing and hunting store. If anything I think they have more supplies in stock then expected. Preferably, I will always choose a small local business over a chain store any day. I would also recommend all of my friends and family to shop at Bucks for their fishing and hunting needs.

I bought a case from this store which broke the first time i tried using the key. They held it behind the counter for months before i stopped in and they were rude and said it was my fault. They had the case for months and never called me once. Horrible customer service and says its because they are a small store. Also, check the price online (cell phone) before buying anything because everything there is EXTREMELY OVERPRICED!!!

They have a solid amount of guns & ammo, but they have the worst selection of fishing supplies of any store that says the sells fishing supplies. Even though the store could have a much much better selection of fishing gear, the customer service is well done.
