I just finished up my lease renting a house with Savage Walker Realty. The initial rental process was easy and they were very easy to work with once I moved in. They are extremely organized and I really have no complaints about the move in process, the maintenance request process or the move out. I loved the house that I was in and appreciate their quarterly walk through to ensure that the properties are quality and not being damaged.

The one thing that I would recommend however is to very carefully read the lease and understand the cost involved with moving out. There are a few non-negotiables in there such as floor cleaning from a professional vendor as well as a re-key fee. All fees were very clearly listed in the initial lease and reasonable expenses in my book. The lease also said that my deposit would be mailed within a specific time frame and I had no issue receiving the deposit in that time frame.

If I need to rent again I will definitely make them and their properties my first stop!

During the 3 years I've rented from Sarah, there has rarely been any issues and that's because she keeps her properties in top shape. She is a very efficient person and
if I do need anything, her office gets right back to me and are so friendly and helpful. She's one of the few landlords out there thats concerned with her tenants rather than profits.

I have been a client of Savage Walker for the last 10 years. I am a tenant in a home that Sarah personally owns and manages. Savage Walker & Associates is exceptional at making sure our needs are addressed in a timely manner, and seem to really care about thier residents. All of my repairs have been taken care of promptly. Amazing customer service with this company. I guess thats why i have been with them for so long!

I am in my third year of renting from Savage Walker and have had no problems. They have always been very responsive when I've needed a repair done. They replaced the washing machine when it stopped working, as well as the water heater. The work was done quickly and professionally. They even on one occasion sent a landscaper out on their own who took care of the yard. I had an issue with the plumbing and they put myself and my daughter up at a hotel for the night without hesitation and did the repair immediately. The staff have always been very polite and professional. Sarah is very easygoing and nice to interact with. I'd recommend Savage Walker to anyone.

We really liked the agent who showed us the home and we are set to move in this Saturday, their application process was thorough, but faster than what we expected.

My experience with them was awesome! My roommates and I, rented a great house. When we had need of repairs, it was taken care of by professionals. And the people in the office were always kind to us. I would recommend you give them a try.

Nothing but problems since day 1. Lack of communication, incompetance, and unprofessional. Will never recommend this company. 3rd day of no AC as we speak. Very dissapointed. Would be embarrassed if my property was being handled and represented in such a manner. Just very, very disapointed.

They don't ever want to fix anything. And when they do takes forever to get anyone here to fix. Been the worst 2 years renting with them. Stay away!!!

Savage walker realty are first class scam artists! Be very careful when considering this company. I have used this company for 2 years and they are very unprofessional and frankly they are a bunch of crooks. Sarah Crippa in particular. I've rented thru this company for two years and it has been a nightmare from day one. Sarah will not return your calls she will not return your emails and she is very dishonest. She has scammed me out of $2096 dollars and counting. 30 days before my lease ending date I sent her a written letter notifying her I would not be renewing my lease. She did not respond until I contacted the office that the utilities would be shut off the following day. When I finally contacted her she told me that I needed to give a 45 day notice and I would be charged for the next 2months because they did not pro rate rent. So now I am paying for two more months rent on a house that I am not even living in. I think this is completely unfair but I am no realty lawyer. I just wouldn't want this to happen to anyone els. I guess the first month of them being dishonest and not s showing up to fix the a.c. on the house long with a handful of other small things should have sent up a couple red flags. Just be very careful when dealing with this company they seem like they have done this scam a lot before me. They are professional scam artists and that's all that's professional about them.
