Harkins Theatre - Gateway Pavilions 18

Employee was very rude I was putting my phone away n screen light was on and she told me to not be on my phone and I wasn't she was rude and Everytime I go kids are loud in there and people are always kicking my seat I complain and nothing is being done I never get to enjoy a movie I'm done going here

Great theatre, except for the fact that I purchased two tickets for someone else. And when the parties got there, they could NOT find the tickets!!! I was told that they could give their names, and the tickets would be waiting! Almost missed the start of the movie, because of this delay! Next time, I will make sure I get a receipt also!

This theatre can take a lesson in cleanliness, like Parkwest. That theatre is immaculate. Harkins 18 needs to clean up the inside and especially the outside. The only reason we go there is because it's the closest theatre to us. Thank you

This harkins is in a great location for dinner and a movie right next to each other. The down fall is there are just too many teens loitering. My husband and I quit going for that reason.

My shoes were sticking to the sidewalk on the way in and in the theater itself. The concessions had nasty stuff dried on and caked on BEHIND the candy case glass. Service was slow at the concessions and the popcorn was cold. Like the theater in Aurora, they don’t provide any safety measures for their patrons nor do they allow you to protect yourself. I will take my business elsewhere.

Near many places to eat
Native new yorker, Johnny rockets, Mexican, yourtland etc.
It is very very busy on Friday nights, make sure to go very early to avoid the long lines and get good seats.
