Woodwillow Townhomes

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The landlady, Marge, will ruin your life. First off, she's never in her office and getting anything done is impossible. The maintenance guys were nice, but she would make getting them out to the place to fix anything difficult by not being around. Then you get blamed if something isn't fixed. How does that make any sense?

Second, she drives to work when she lives right there across the parking lot from the office. Third, she is one of the most unbalanced people I have ever met in my life.

I had a stable tenancy there for a few years and moved out this past spring when I finished school. I found a cute little place that was perfect for me to move into after starting a new job -- it was in my price range, great location, lots to do within walking distance, easy commute to work, etc. Marge told those new landlords that I had severely damaged my unit and that I was an unfit tenant. I have a final bill from Woodwillow that doesn't even come close to describing anything like what she told these new landlords.

I had to basically beg these people to reconsider me even though I passed every other check of theirs with flying colors. They liked me, I made more than enough income to meet their requirements, I passed the credit and background checks, I was going to be a stable tenant with plans to stay for over a year, etc. Then Marge gives me a negative reference with grossly exaggerated claims of damages and it all went to hell.

STAY AWAY. FAR FAR AWAY. Do not rent from these people or give them your time. Find a better place to live in for less money and with management that isn't crazy.
