        Overall

        This is a poorly maintained apartment complex with an unfriendly and unhelpful staff.



        Here are some of the reason why:

        1. Overpriced for poor quality. You have to give 2 months notice before leaving.

        2. Poorly maintained: Mold under the carpet, sink backs up, rattling pipes, water leaks.

        3. Unsafe. The mailboxes were broken into and we have been warned about identity theft.

        4. Health issues. Mold, dirty pool including dead birds, worried for my child's safety.
