We have tried this Cedar Park location on Avery Ranch on several occasions trying to give them the benefit of the doubt both during lunch and happy hour... They have terrible service... No one knows what is going on... Not even the manager. And, no one cares... at all... Today we tried to call in lunch to pick it up and they told us they couldn't have it ready when we needed it... But 15 minutes before.... So it could get nice and cold in the window waiting to be picked up. We simply said never mind, we will find another place for lunch. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. Needless to say, after 3 chances we are done... No more Waterloo in Cedar Park for our office. This location must not be owned by the same people that own the other locations.... It's really giving Waterloo Ice House a very bad name.

Great Biscuits-Waterloo Ice House

I never thought of breakfast when I thought of Waterloo Ice House but, that has changed...

They have a good selection of breakfast items which I have sampled most of by now and I do LOVE the bisquits (don't let the dinner roll look fool you ) they are yummy !

It is very family friendly and clean. The staff is good but, it would be nice if they would tell you their names ??? I would rather ask for more coffee from ( Nancy ) than to say " Hey you, Can I get another cup ?" Just a suggestion.

Overall, I have enjoyed my breakfast experiences and hope you will also...
