Third Base South Park Meadows

I drove 60 miles round trip for poker they had advertised on their website, but they didn't have it as of about two weeks ago. I was told by the manager that I could have called first, as if it was my fault I made the trip for nothing. The manager did comp my meal and the wait staff were very sweet and attentive, otherwise I wouldn't have raised them to two stars.

About the food:

First thing I noticed was the menu had thick greasy fingerprints all over it. I order the "Barbecue" which was grilled along with Asparagus(was fresh), Chicken, Ribs, and Bacon. Everything that came off the grill had this gritty texture, carbon deposits i think, as if the grill hadn't been cleaned in a long time, almost like a very fine sand had been sprinkled on it. The bacon was soggy and chewy, and asked to have it replaced with some "crispy" bacon, and what I got was bacon that was cooked very fast with a large deposit of the dirty grill residue, kind of burn, but still with chewy fat.

The mac and cheese was completely flavorless. When I left, I went next-door to Walmart as fast as I could and got some Alka-Seltzer. The customer service was exemplary, but the website and the foot were completely absent of integrity.

This place sucks!!! The service was horrible! The wait staff was the worst id ever seen in forever! If you dont like working in the hospitality field, then get the F##K out. SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS- wont ever be going there again!!!
