Sunbusters Window Tinting

AMAZING

This is an unsolicited critique of Sunbusters. Normally I will post a business or service if I am dissatisfied. But here, this company is so head and shoulders above the pack that I needed to share my experience with anybody who might be looking for a durable and attractive window tint/frosting.



From the detail representative Randy, to the technician Justin deployed to my home, to the owner Jason, I commend their great work and attitude. And they are fairly reasonalbe in price, not your typical rip-off outfit that populates this world.



I needed a tint on an odd shaped window in my bedroom, to help keep that room cool from the southwestern Texas afternoon sun. And I needed a frosted artsy film for my front door so that passers by could not look straight through the plate glass and see me in my birthday suit. The job was first class, and I have received many favorable comments about the expertise and good looks that followed.



But, even more amazing was the service after the sale. The window tint in my bedroom looked like it might be bubbling, and so Jason sent his detail rep, Randy to check it out, prepared to schedule a redo. But, Randy discovered that the bubbles were actually dirt on the ouside of the window. He pulled his collapsible ladder out of his truck, sprayed the high sitting window with windex, and proceeded to clean the offending marks off the window and fixed the problem. I don't know any company that would show such due diligence without charge, and with a smile, to their customers.



Sunbusters is as good as they come. In these days of greed and abrasive behavior this company is stands head and shoulders over the crowd. I gladly recommend them and will use them again, as needed.

I recently purchased a new car and Sunbusters was the place my dealership recommended. Having owned a car in the past that had a bad tint job (it turned purple and hazy and bubbled up in the back window) it was important that I choose a place and product where that wouldn't happen again. I arrived about 12:30pm Saturday (Jan 24, 2009) and all of their service bays were full (of very high end cars by the way) so I thought I might have to come back on a week day but my sales guy, Paul told me they could have it done by around 3pm. I went to lunch with a friend and the car was ready about 2:30 when I got back. I was impressed. I also appreciated the time he took to explain all of my options and the different types and levels of quality of window tinting without being too technical or complicated. I expected the run of the mill 90 day parts and labor warranty but was surprised to hear that FormulaOne comes with a lifetime warranty that will be honored at any tint dealer that sells their product in the U.S. even if I AM the one who damages it etc. When most places charge extra for extended warranties these days it good to know that some places still stand behind their product like that. I'm a bonafide satisfied customer and I feel pretty comfortable recommending Sunbusters.

I had my Lexus IS250 tinted at Sunbusters and was blown away by the level of service I received. My car dealer recommended these guys and now I know why. Dave took the time to thoroughly explain my options and the benefits of each formula one film. I chose the ceramic film for it's performance and ability to not interfere with my factory nav. or inglass antenna. The store was immaculate and I felt at ease with them working on my car. They use a computer plotter to cut the patterns for the tinters and in turn saved me time and worry about damage to my new car. They quoted 2 hours and were actually done in 1 & 1/2. They did offer me a ride back to work but I chose to wait. They have WiFi, TV and a dedicated computer for customer use. I'm glad I had my laptop so I worked from there! I will definately recommend them to my friends and family.
