Rising Stars Pediatric Dentistry - Lakeline

We took our son here for his first checkup and they did nothing to make him feel comfortable. We sat in the back corner exam room for an hour and a half while the dentist and a tech talked just outside about the cruise she was going on. When they finally remembered us it was 5:30 and they were in a hurry. She took no time to establish a rapport and just told our 3 year old to open his mouth. When he wouldn't she said, "you're going to have to hold him down and pin his arms." Really?!? I will never go back to this establishment and will warn anyone who will listen that the staff and dentists are not child friendly.
