Ranger Protection Agency

Absolute worst company! The guards with this company impersonate law enforcement all the time and the company purposely displays "Ranger" on the back of their uniform to impersonate law enforcement. We hired this company to provide security for our apartment community and we received complaints all the time from our tenants. We have since fired them and would NEVER hire this company again. They have since been reported to the private security bureau.

Went to the Bingo hall (big star) and the security guard tells my husband very rude pull your d**n pants up or you can't go in so he pulls his pants up and we go about our business. He follows us in goes and tells manager something in his ear. I said wait I want to know what's going on. So he says oh he can stay just go tell him to tighten his belt so I send my sister to tell him to "tighten" his belt which by the way his shirt was just short and the security guard follows which he told us to go tell him so he stands up and tightens his belt w/ an attitude cause he's not a thug we own our own business and our professional well security guard says no you gotta get the h*** out of here. My husband says I want to talk to a manager and so he says you can talk to one outside so we go outside and my husband still asking for the manager and he says get the hell out of here or I will throw you out of this d*** parking lot. Mind you he grabs my husbands arm and has his hand on his gun the whole time. Like really? You are a darn rent a cop he just wanted to pick on someone that day maybe shoot someone and my husband was his target. I will be doing something about this. His name is J Ramos and he's is Hispanic. We ended up calling real police officers and they agreed that he was just trying to start crap and that they always act as a cop when they aren't. I WILL make sure this matter gets taken care of for sure. He's a prick.
