The Plush Pad is a good place to take your pets. My cat never looks cuter than she does when she gets home from getting groomed. Also, their shampoo is high quality stuff! She smells amazing for almost two weeks after they are done with her.

This is the only place to take a dog or cat to be groomed. My little Zoe has been going there her whole life. She is a 14 years old westie and thanks to their help finding a tumor on her rear leg she will live a full life. I did not even know the tumor was there. They spotted it right away and told my wife. The vet removed the cancer and Zoe has been right as rain ever since.

As to the grooming you will find none better. I can't even find a better groomer in Beverly Hills go figure. Simply put they are the best.

All I can say is what I heard when I was at the counter picking up my dog today and that was a groomer slapping a dog name Riley. He yelped in pain, she yelled at him, said he wrapped his leg up and then slapped him while scolding him more. Then he yelped again. They did not hear me come in the door and had no idea there was anybody listening. It was an amazing change in the tone of their voice and the sweet words that came out of their mouth once they realized I heard it all. My heart dropped to my stomach and my heart was beating out of my chest, which I shared with the lady checking me out. The owner has called and left me a voicemail but there is nothing that can be said that will change what happened. If I had a terrible 2 year old child at a daycare that continued to "wrap his leg" into something and crying or screaming I would be pressing charges against anybody that slapped my child. I see no difference. Dogs can be difficult but if you can't handle it you shouldn't be working on them. And if they are too bad they shouldn't be accepted as a customer. I've gone there for a long time and happily paid $70 with the idea my dog was well cared for and maybe he was, who knows, but I am taking no more chances and will not return!!

I have four Maltese, all in the 3 yrs. old range. My husband and I did extensive research when selecting a groomer for our puppies because of the horror storries we have heard about groomers. We visited shops, and talked extensively to the owners and/or groomers, and many of their customers. After this process, there was no question that Plush Pad was our choice to care for our puppies. Sandra and her team are great! They care about our puppies (kids); Gizmo, Joshua, Sophie, and Chloe, as if they were theirs. I couldn't ask for more. I have watched them with other little ones that come to her to look beautiful. I would recommend Plush Pad to anyone, without hesitation. Thank you Sandra for doing such a great job with our kids, and for caring as you do!
