After an unfortunate mixup with my son's car, Ray was very honorable in his handling of our situation. For the way in which Ray handled our situation, I plan to do business with him in the future and recommend his shop to anyone looking for an honorable machanic. When it comes down to it, most of us make decisions based on who we can trust to do the right thing and by doing the right thing business will always come your way. Thank you Ray! Being new to Austin i was worried about finding a reputable mechanic to work on my Mini but luckily someone mentioned these guys and am I glad they did. They worked fast, made me feel at ease with the estimate and the cost, but most of all didn't take advantage of my situation. These guys are looking for long term customers and they just got one!
