Very clean, nice, knowledgable employees. Fun environment. The staff cracks jokes with the customers. Never pressure you to spend a bunch of money. Bulbs are great. Don't care about the kind of bed as long as the bulbs are getting me dark. The owner really cares about her customers and her salons. She is very out going and always giving discounts. She froze my account after my accident and didn't charge me and gave me back the time I lost because of the accident. Palm Beach would have still made me pay. I would refer this salon to everyone. If there is ever a problem the owner and the staff make it easy for you to come forward w/ your concern and it gets taken care of quickly. My problem was them not having the lotion I like to use but they ordered it for me and I had my old faithful within a week. That's good customer service!!

One of the things I look for in a tanning salon is how clean it is. At Hottie Tan they keep it very clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They don't pressure you into buying an expensive lotion. They explained the difference between each lotion I questioned them on. They even canceled my membership for me at the previous salon I was tanning at. Saved me the head ache.
