        I've shopped at this store and the pharmacy for 20 years and can say that the service has always been great. Dealing with the public, insurance carriers, and prescription drug companies can be a nightmare. I think they do a phenomenal job trying to keep everything moving forward filling prescriptions and dealing with irate customers. It's not the pharmacist's fault if a doctor hasn't approved a refill, if a prescription drug or insurance carrier won't cover it, if someone hasn't met their annual deductible, if a prescription is ridiculously priced, or if they have to use a generic. I've watched the staff diffuse ugly situations over the years, but remember they only the messengers.
