I would definitely never use him again. He listed our house. First he listed wrong information (e.g., square footage) online. Then it took him a few days to correct it (the first few days of a listing are crucial). His yard sign is very strange/confusing - you can hardly tell that it is a home-for-sale sign. He contacted us every few days to pressure us to lower the price. We probably sold the house for about 25% less than it should have sold for. I found him overall dishonest and "sneaky."
