Dr. Leo Toupin, MD

This was my second visit to Dr. Toupin's office, I was seen by his NP on my first visit. I was looking for a primary care physiscian hoping that Dr. Toupin would take that responsibility. I arrived 10 minutes early for my second appointment and noticed that a gentleman arrived after me, he told the receptionist he was very early for his appointment and hoped she didn't mind if he waited in the reception area. Shortly after, I was called to have my vitals checked and asked to wait in one of the rooms. I waited for more than one hour without one single person coming to check on me. When I went out to talk to the receptionist, I notice the gentleman who had arrived early for his had already been seen and was on his way out. My immediate thought about this whole matter was that Dr. Toupin would not be a doctor interested in my heatlh or wellbeing. Needless to say, I would not recommend Dr. Toupin to anyone.
