Staff is doing a great job always polite , maintenance always addresses complaints in timely manner.

We checked in, put on our pajamas and here come the cockroaches. It was absolutely disgusting. The hotel is filthy inside and out. We immediately left and when we went to the desk to get our money back they refused. NEVER STAY HERE!

On the outside, the place looks like a decent place to stay. The deluxe rooms are spacious. The kitchen has the bare necessities. If you need a strainer or a knife to cut vegetables, be sure to bring one with you. The furniture is worn and stained, as is the carpeting. The room smells musty upon entering. My first night, I discovered bedbugs! And I don't mean one or two. When I pulled back the sheets and looked between the mattress and boxsprings, a massive amount of bedbugs were crawling! Since it was late at night and the office was closed, I was unable to switch rooms, so I left the premises and stayed elsewhere. The next morning, I called and talked to the manager who promptly switched me to another room. I thoroughly checked the new room and found no bedbugs, but the room was worn in areas like the first. If I hadn't prepaid for my 8 night stay, I would have other options and probably would have left after the first night. Since my reservations did not allow refunds, I didn't have any option but to stay or forfeit a considerable amount of money. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly and helpful; but even so, I cannot recommend anyone to stay at this place.
