Consulate Mexico

I was in the mexican consulate yesterday with an appointment to renew my passport ,I parked in a 10 dollars parking lot in Rose street with unlimited time. Got inside and a security guard at the entrance was very polite taking my name and telling my to seat at a waiting area because i got 20 minutes early,exactly at 12 pm they call us and give us a number and taking us to a bigger area they call my number took my Picture ,seat again and calling me back to pay my fee..all that in 35 minutes. I was impresed for the proffesionalism of everybody and i mean it..that was my experience nothing less or more..they give my a quick appointment too (2 days later).very very please experience congrats to all people in the consulate.

Cero stars. Rude customer service. arrogant and careless towards customers. i had an appointment and still had to wait for 4 hours to be helped with an unethical person. It's a shame That's our Mexican government.
