        Overall

        Arrived at 4:30, hotel was pretty empty. Got the two keys and hauled everything up to the 4th floor, keys wouldn't work. Back down to get new keys, back up with a different key for another room, plus originals. None worked. Waited almost 45 minutes to get into a room. First thing into the room, there's hair all over the bathroom floor. Turned the fridge up to get cold and left for dinner, came back and fridge didn't work. Called the office and they acted as if I didn't know how to work it. She offered to put my food in the fridge somewhere downstairs...no thanks. Check out the next morning and the bill was $60 more than what it was booked for online. Not impressed. Not to mention the elevator smelled like the motor was burning up and the door to the laundry chute was wide open and big enough for a child to crawl in and fall 4 floors down. Shut the chute and the door. Will not stay here again.
