My mother n law paid for me and my husband a room here for a week so her name was over the room they asked for me and my husband and his mother I.d. and made copies and attached it to a card. Which required all signatures. When we got in the room it was extremely hot. The a.c was not blowing air. My husband fixed it where it was blowing air. The back board on the wall was hanging off the wall that, he couldn't fixed and not to mention the roaches. Oh an when I sat on the bed it felt like I was sitting on concrete. I wanted a new room. They told me I couldn't get new room. So we settled for that room. The next mourning. Maid service came barging in are room asking if we checking out. We said no they closed the door back and barges in and asked if we want them to clean the room. By this time I was irrated because me and my husband was still in bed. I told them I will clean the room let me get dress I will give them the towels. So I did that. And asked for clean towels they sighn this paper and they will bring towels.i didn't see them got the whole day I went to the office and she said maids went home. And I will have to basically Chase them. I seek towels got three days. Finally I was Fed up so I called the front deso before I could even speak a voice started screaming at me behind the phone saying if you sign the paper you get no service and the phone hung up. I called back and the lady named Pamela picked up the phone again. And I asked her did she hang up on me. She said no it hung up itself. So at that moment I was through talking. So basically the room service basically lies to me about the towels. They has me sign a paper which they sighned under my signature no service. So I spoke to my mother n law and she went to speak to one of the people. And supposedly the same lady I spoke too wrote under my husband name constant traffiking in and out the room. This was the final straw. The room was horrible I didn't press the issue I went without towels before I actually complained to the front desk know there lying on me because a issue bout towels. The next mourning my husband and I went to the front desk and the same lady Pam was there. Asked why they was treating so horribly she started screaming at him my husband recognized has some tattoos on her that was part of a racist group and screamed racist slurs at him one of them was porch monkey. Then she called the police. I asked the other lady why are the police and she said just leave the office. If you not on the room card I will be asked to leave. I had no problem with that because obviously me and my husband are on the card. The police arrived and sa is Pam was wrong what she said and asked the employees can we get back in our room. The lady said let me see there card she pulls it out and me and husband signature was still there but our I.d's wasnt. My mother n law left work early. To see why the police was called on her son. She asked our I.d's was and they brought new card with no signature. And her I.d stapled to the front. We spoke to man behind the desk regarding the copy of me and my husbands copy of our I.d and he said it was never there. And he said of we font like there service them leave. We did just that we spent 325.00 27th this hotel they have bad customer service. Tampering with paperwork. And loose your copies of I.d. I'm warning you not to get a room here. I only wish I looked at the reviews before I checked in to this hotel.
