Bill Sanchez Plumbing & Septic Systems

I have been a customer of Bills for over 12 years. He has NEVER been rude in my presence. The woman must have been mistaken.

I called to have my septic tank pumped and William, Bill's son, came out and did a wonderful job. He has taken over the business and is pleasant to work with and does great work. I will call him anytime I need plumbing work or septic work!!

I am in the process of shopping for a plumber to fix a leak in my parents mobile home. I happened to run across this name in a yellowpages.com search, and was VERY SHOCKED how I was spoken to! This guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. The conversation went like this,



"Hi, I was wondering if you serviced manufactured homes?"

"Yep. Whats the problem?"

"My parents have had an ongoing leak in their home that is causing their floors to sink in. And I was wondering if u charged a fee to come out."

"What do u mean do I charge?!"

"Well I know that someone plumbers have told me they do not charge for coming out, only for the work."

"NO There is a fee as soon as I leave my shop." (Very sharp tone).

"Ok, sir well, what is ur fee?"

"Well Whats the problem?!"

"I dont know what the problem is, that is why I'm calling you."

"Well whats the problem! Is is gas leak, pipe leak...."

"Its a plumbing/water leak under the house."

"Well thats gonna cost u atleast $287.50 JUST FOR ME TO COME OUT"

"Wow...ok well thats ok ty"

***NO GOODBYE ON HIS SIDE...,.JUST A BIG OL,....CLICK of the dial tone.





Even if i was able to afford to pay his 287.50 just to come out fee, I would NEVER give such a rude and disrespectful man my hard earned money!



Save urself the attitude problem, and dont call this man.
