I have been a aarons customer since 2010 and had great things to say about the team there. But with recent events Manager lisa gary are not decent people. I hade no idea i would have a bad experience with this good apliance company but since i have had recent issues with them im giving them a bad review becuse they do not show customers respect nor understand customers. i always paid my bill on time and even bought more stuff from them but this summer i purchased a ac and to my knowledge i called aarons and asked for total balance due on ac to make sure i pay off with in 120days i asked if i can pay online i was told yes now they turned it around and stated i did not pay in the 120 days and i made the mistake of paying online. Why would it make a difference where i pay it if that was the case why did i get incorrect information so going forward taking my buisness some where else.
