I am disgusted with this company. The manager shrugs off most of the customers and lies about the policies to get the sale or get rid of the customer. He treats the associate like his personal punching bag and I am sad to say that the owner feels no need to change anything even after SEVERAL complaints by customers and other employees. I highly recommend if you need to do anything with Verizon to go to the store next to Target. They treat all customers like equals and will help you with the many more tools they have at their disposal.
