The Computer Guy 911

Been about a year since I visited this repair shop to do a screen replacement for my laptop. While I was working today on a manuscript for my research, the power flickered and my laptop shut off because of the damage this place did to the battery attachment to the motherboard. They ripped the attachment completely so not the laptop can not recognize the battery. It was a kindly reminder that this place never responded to my inquiries about repairing the damage they caused to my laptop and completely ignored me for over a year. I can completely and honestly say that this place deserves zero stars and doesn't deserve the respect or business of customers.

The computer Guy 911 provided quick and professional service. The technician was very personable and explained the issues to me where I could understand. I received my laptop back same day and the price compared to other repair companies was excellent. Thank you Computer Guy 911
