Yes Dr Mobley is a great Doctor...His staff is very rude and unfair..I got off my job early to get pick up my glasses and got stuck in traffic I called to tell them I was on my way..I was told if you arent here by the time we leave in 5 minutes you will have to come back another day....I have gone to Dr Mobley for 3-4 years..I oculdnt believe they wouldnt wait 5 minutes for me to pick up my much needed eye glasses..No tto mention they are very very expensive..Perhaps I should have gone to Walmart...Live and Learn!!!!!

Ive been going to dr. mobleyh for 6 yrs. Yes the people have change, not to my liking. but they new people are getting better. he is a great doc.

Dr. Dean Mobley is an excellent eye doctor but his staff is completely dishonest, unfriendly, rude and impossible to deal with. Have been going to Dr. Mobley's office for 4 years and have given his staff every benefit of the doubt. They need to learn true customer service and not to treat their clients so rudely. I ended up finally going to Walmart because I received better customer service there. They don't accept my insurance plan but at least I am treated with honesty and excellent customer service. And also their prices are so unreasonable compared to Walmart.
