        It was great!

        We went last night and it was great. Same great food you get from any O'Charley's, but I also thought our server was very attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back!

        Disappointing

        Our area has slim pickings for halfway decent restaurants so we were excited to try this place out. We should have left the first time we thought to. We were blatantly ignored as we stood in the front, waiting for a table. Finally we were seated. It took around 15 or 20 minutes for us to place our orders(the menu LOOKED good), including an appetizer. It wasn't until after that we got a basket of bread, which we had to ask for.

        I ordered the 10 oz. PRIME RIB, medium. What came to my table was obviously not a prime rib, more like a tough, over cooked, chewy piece of cow meat. It was NOT a piece of prime rib, more like a butchered, over cooked rib-eye steak.I don't know if the prime rib was put up for the night (we came in an hour before close) and some ignorant line cook thought i wouldn't know the difference.... but I'm sure that is what happened, as I am an avid fan of PRIME RIB. Not rib-eye. which is what I got. They offered me "another cut" .....but I wasn't sure if they meant another freaking rib eye steak?!?!! Or prime rib? For real this time????!

        The manager was quick to give me $10 off my next visit, but all I wanted was prime rib. Tonight. NOT next time, because there sure as heck wont be a next time.....

        Everytime I have been to O'Cha...

        Everytime I have been to O'Charley's the food has been amazing and the service was very good. The servers were very attentive. I always enjoy my experience at O'Charley's. The managers always make sure everything is being taken care of

        Most of the wait staff here is off in la-la land. You can't even flag them down! The food is good/average.
