Customer service was horrible. They definitely were not friendly. I came back to pick up a purse that they were repairing and the owner handed it to me and asked for payment. Luckily I inspected the purse and was surprised to find that it had not been repaired at all! Rather than apologize, she looked at me and said "come back tomorrow!" WOW!

I took one of my pointy toe pumps to get it stretched out because it was too tight. My shoes were brand new but by the time I got them it was all scratched and had black stains on the insides...basically the inside of the shoe was slightly damaged; it was horrible! The guy who worked there didn't know english very well so it was hard to communicate the problem. I will never come back here again to get my shoes repair. For those who are reading this, get your shoes repair at your own risk.
